Dance

Dance covers music made first and foremost for moving: house, amapiano, afro house, EDM, electronic club edits, remixes and DJ-ready tracks. The common thread is the beat. These songs are built around steady, driving rhythms, long builds and drops, and grooves that work as well in a club at 2am as in your headphones on the way to work.

East Africa's dance scene is growing fast. Nairobi producers are blending amapiano log drums with local melodies, reworking Benga and Bongo samples into house tracks, and making edits that DJs carry from one party to the next. You'll hear all of that here, alongside more global electronic sounds.

Use this page to find the most-played dance tracks on Ziki right now, catch new uploads, and follow the producers and DJs whose sound you like. Every track streams free, and many can be downloaded or bought, which makes this a good place for DJs looking for fresh local material. If you produce dance music, upload your tracks and mixes so listeners browsing the genre can find them.
