Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ziki.co.ke (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the music and content you upload. By uploading, you confirm you have the rights to that content and grant Ziki the licence needed to host, stream, display and distribute it through the Service. You must not upload content that infringes others' rights or breaks the law.

Buying and selling

When you sell beats or music, you are responsible for the rights and licence terms you offer. When you buy, your use is governed by the licence the seller provides. Payments are processed by our payment provider; sales and payouts are subject to their terms and any applicable fees.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, upload malicious code, or infringe intellectual property. We may suspend or remove accounts or content that violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Ziki name, brand and platform are owned by Ziki. These Terms do not grant you rights to our branding except as needed to use the Service.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Ziki is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
